SWAN is a networking group open to any lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans employee from both the public and private sectors within Scotland. We also welcome people from the ‘third’ sector.
It's free to join and has been set up to connect the separate people networks in various companies and organisations. The group meets regularly in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The events normally consist of brief introductions from the hosts followed by informal networking over coffee.
SWAN aims to give employees the confidence to be themselves within their workplace.
