We offer a choice of high quality rented and low cost home ownership accommodation throughout East Central Scotland.  Our aim is to provide much more than just a place to stay, however, as we also offer support and advice to those of our residents who require this to sustain their tenancy.  We manage Fife Care and Repair and a Small Repairs Service on behalf of Fife Council, and work with our partners to develop various projects including developing employment opportunities, community regeneration and financial inclusion.

We have joined with Glen, Ore Valley and Fife Housing Associations and Fife Council to form Fife Housing Register.  This means that if you are looking for social housing in Fife you now need only complete one application to be considered by all the partners.  Anyone over 16 years of age can apply for housing with us.
