Interested in jogging or running?  Glasgow FrontRunners is Glasgow's running group for the LGBT community and friends.

We meet on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings at Arc (Glasgow Caledonian University Sports Centre, Cowcaddens Road):
Thursdays from 6.30pm for a 7pm warm-up and run
Sundays from 11am for an 11.30am warm-up and run.

There will always be a jogscotland Jog Leader on hand to advise on and co-ordinate your running. On Thursdays we have three or four ability groups, ranging from complete beginners to experienced runners, and we have a range of jogging/running activities to suit.  Sunday mornings are focussed on training (hill training, speed trials and circuit training) and are also open to all ability levels.  New runners and members are always welcome! After each run, we indulge in the equally important social side of the club - cheap food, drink and chat at a regular city centre venue.

Joining up costs £1 per run (your first two runs are free!) or £25 per year (£10 for students and the unwaged).  Changing, locker and cubicle facilities are available at Arc (£1); towels are extra (£1.50).
Glasgow FrontRunners is affiliated to Scottish Athletics, jogscotland and International Front Runners.  For more details, see our website: www.glasgowfrontrunners.org and check us out on Facebook and Twitter (@glasgowfrontrun).
