Pride Glasgow, Glasgow & The West of Scotland Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Trans Pride festival will return to the city on Saturday 14th July 2012

The event is still in the early stages of planning but the team behind it are planning to make this one of the biggest events in the history of Pride in Glasgow.

Ross Stevenson Festival Director says: "We are proud to bring the event back to Glasgow, its an event that I take a lot of pride in begin part of and we are looking forward to making this event bigger than 2010".

The event will return to its previous home George Square for the street party featuring live acts, health and community stalls and marketplace area for the purchase of the all important rainbow accessories for the day.  This year we will also change the route to make it more visible within the city centre, details on the new route will be provided once it has been approved by relevant authorities.
