Stonewall Scotland: Experiences of Public Services

Public services are designed for everyone to use, and no person should face discrimination or poor treatment from a service if they are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. But Stonewall Scotland's previous research has shown that many Scottish LGBT people have experienced poor treatment from a public service. We want to know about any particularly good or particularly bad treatment you have experienced when using public services such as the NHS, local councils or other government departments, the police or fire services, or museums and art galleries. This anonymous information will be fed back to organisations to help them improve their services for LGBT people.
