The organisers would like to invite papers on theory, methods and applied research, including work in progress, of relevance to the seminar theme as well as papers detailing development projects, campaigns and other aspects of practice relating to the LGBT communities. Presentations which address the Scottish context in some respect are particularly welcome. This is the last seminar in the series and will include input from the Scottish Government regarding their recent response to the Hearts and Minds Agenda Group recommendations. The day will also include a parallel session on LGBT ageing and later life (see below).

Programme to follow
Parallel session: Symposium on Ageing - Raising the Profile of LGBT Ageing and Later Life The organisers would like to invite papers for a parallel session devoted to exploring issues of LGBT ageing and later life. The session will include up to 10 short (ten minutes) papers that directly address LGBT ageing and later life. Contributors will be asked to provide written versions of their papers and these will be compiled in the form of a briefing to be circulated to relevant stakeholders in Scotland. We invite abstracts for presentations that will be 20 minutes in length. Deadline for submission is Monday 29 March 2010
