Aims

The seminar series aims to:

Provide a forum for debate and an exchange of ideas with key stakeholders across different sectors
Bring together representatives from these sectors with established and early career researchers and academics
Harmonise efforts to raise awareness of LGBT issues across academia, policy and practice in Scotland
Broker strategic partnerships and develop a Scottish strategy for collaboration across research, policy and practice
Identify new and upcoming issues and examine these in a multidisciplinary context
Promote the integration of transgender issues and interests into the current research, policy and practice agenda on sexualities
Explain and explore a range of methods and innovative approaches to the study of sexuality and gender identity
