Dr Arnold Grossman, Vice Chair and Professor of Applied Psychology, New York University
Dr Grossman is Vice-Chair and Professor of Applied Psychology at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development. His research and teaching focus on people who experience stigmatization, materialization and social exclusion; particularly examining the developmental and psychosocial experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth and LGB older adults. He is the author of numerous journal articles and book chapters. Dr Grossman is currently examining the factors that reduce sexual minority stress and enhance psychological well-being among LGBT youth among sexual minority youth.
