Ruth Dickinson, Policy Officer, Scottish Government Equality Unit

Ruth works in the team with the Scottish Government that takes the lead on the Government's commitment to LGBT equality issues. They recently supported the Hearts and Minds Agenda Group to develop and publish a report and recommendations for the Scottish Government and other organisatgions looking at ways to change negative attitudes towards LGBT people. We are currently co-ordinating the Scottish Government's response to those recommendations.
