We will increase the opportunities that LGBT community groups and organisations have to collectively identify shared goals and priorities and to develop a joint agenda for action; enabling the sector to have a strong coherent voice for change at a local and national level.

We will improve the ability of LGBT community groups and organisations to influence government strategies and programmes, as well as local planning and decision making bodies.

We will increase the level of development and training opportunities for LGBT community groups and organisations, so that the sector continues to evolve and develop to respond to changing circumstances and needs.     

We will increase, through national development, the number of partnerships LGBT community groups and organisations are involved in , both with other LGBT groups and with organisations and groups outwith the sector.
